The temporary license terminates upon expiration, issuance of the permanent license, or if background checks indicate grounds for denial.

Notwithstanding any provision of this chapter to the contrary, and provided that an applicant has otherwise fully complied with the requirements of this chapter and is eligible to receive a local liquor license, including the payment of the applicable local liquor license fee, the Local Liquor Control Commissioner may issue a temporary local liquor license. Fees For Multiple Liquor Licenses

This section reduces the annual fee for the third and subsequent liquor licenses on the same premises by $500, but not below $100. This reduction is separate from other fee reductions for specific license classes.

Liquor Licenses Required
