Basset Training

This section mandates that all individuals involved in selling, serving, or checking identification for alcoholic beverages, as well as management personnel, must complete a state-certified BASSET training program. It specifies requirements for BASSET providers and mandates that at least one trained person be present on the premises during alcohol sales hours.
