liquor license shall be issued to any person for premises upon which theatrical or other live performances, which include the types of conduct enumerated in section 6-131(c), constitute the entertainment offered to the patrons thereof. (b) No liquor license shall be issued for the sale at retail of any alcoholic liquor within 100 feet of any church, school, hospital, home for the aged or indigent persons. The distance of 100 feet shall be measured between the nearest parts...such building and the building which is the subject of any application for a liquor license, provided that this prohibition shall not apply to places of business where the sale of alcoholic liquors is not the principal business carried on. (c) Nothing in this section shall prohibit the issuance of a Class F license to a church or private school to sell at retail alcoholic liquor if any such sales are limited to periods when groups are assembled
