Permit to allow patron to bring wine on the licensed premises for consumption

This ordinance allows restaurants with specific licenses in Wauconda to obtain a permit to let patrons bring their own bottled wine for consumption with a purchased meal, subject to several conditions regarding the wine, service, and hours of operation. Restaurants can also charge a registered corking fee for opening and serving the wine.

restaurant (as such term is defined in section 119.02) holding a valid and current food handler and dealer's license under the provisions of Chapter 94 of this code and also holding a valid and current Wauconda liquor license in the A, C, or F classification may apply to the Village Liquor Commissioner for a permit to allow the restaurant's patrons to bring bottles of wine onto the premises of that restaurant for the patron's consumption in conjunction...description of the premises or place of business which is to be operated with a permit authorized pursuant to this section.
