Retail liquor licenses as issued under this Chapter are hereby listed below and divided into base classes with endorsement options as applicable: Base Classes: (a) A—On-Premises. (1) A1—Base Class A1 allows on-premises sale of all liquor. (A) The premises shall be primarily devoted to the preparation, cooking and serving of meals. (B) The premises must have a kitchen and dining room and staff and equipment as deemed adequate by the City health authority. 14 Drive-Through And Delivery Service
