vehicles and vehicles propelled by manpower for the storage or transportation of any meat or meat products, milk products, fish or fish products, bread or bakery products, any other provision intended for human consumption, excluding carbonated beverages and alcoholic liquors, within the Village for the purpose of delivering the above commodities to any premises within the Village.
(c) Food Processing Establishment. An establishment in which food is processed, prepared, packaged or distributed for human consumption. This does not include...animal hospitals and pet shops.
LAUNDROMAT. Any establishment in which coin-operated facilities are available for washing and/or drying clothes, or both, which is open and available to the general public for use.
LICENSEE. A person holding a license pursuant to the terms of this Chapter.
LOCKER PLANT. Any establishment wherein compartments are rented, leased or made available to other than the owner of the establishment for the refrigeration of food.
