CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE:
a. Any drug, or substance, or immediate precursor thereof, listed in the schedules set forth in 720 Illinois Compiled Statutes 570/204 through 210, as amended;
b. Cannabis; and

GATHERING: Any group of three (3) or more persons who have assembled or gathered together for a social occasion or other activity.

124 Certificate Of Registration

purchase tax liability imposed under section 44-163 or twenty thousand dollars ($20,000.00), whichever is lower, but in no case less than five hundred ($500.00) dollars for non-liquor establishments and two thousand dollars ($2,000.00) for liquor establishments.
A financial responsibility bond/deposit must be provided in one (1) of the following forms: For amounts up to and including two thousand dollars ($2,000.00), cash or cashier's check made payable to the city only; For amounts over...verification purposes.
No certificate of registration shall be issued to any applicant who is delinquent or in arrears of any moneys due the city under law for any purposes, including, but not limited to, taxes, fines, penalties, water or license fees; or who is currently in violation of any appropriate and applicable building or fire code.
Any registrant not affected by subsection (a) of this section shall be required to comply with the requirements thereof if determined to be delinquent

Police or his or her designated representative. If alcohol will to be present at any time during such rental period, the owner shall be responsible for compliance with all applicable codes and ordinances of the village relating to alcoholic liquor.
(J) Every owner shall report to the Village Clerk any change in the designation of any managing agent, at least seven days prior to such change.
(K) Any contract for the sale of a multiple-family building or single-family...effective date of this chapter, no dwelling unit shall be rented without the owner having first obtained a written application containing or having attached thereto the following information:
(1) Name, address, birth date, social security number, driver's license number, work and home numbers of each applicant.
(2) A copy of each applicant's driver's license and work I.D. (if any) shall be attached to the application.
