Livestock Sales Yard: shall mean land or an enclosure or structure designed or used for holding livestock
for the purpose of sale or transfer by auction, consignment, or other means.
Liquor Store: shall mean a place of business selling beer, wine and/or distilled liquors at retail, to the
general public in sealed bottles or containers for consumption or use away from the premises where said
establishment is located.

mayor finds, on the basis of the application and reports submitted by the chief of police or his or her designees, that:
A. Any fraud, misrepresentation or false statement is contained in the application for such ice cream vendor license; or B. Based on the entry of a final, unappealable order by any court, administrative agency or hearing officer finding that the applicant or other person or entity described in this chapter and/or any "vehicle operator" defined in Section...following: contributing to the delinquency of a child pursuant to Section 2a of the Neglected Children Offense Act; contributing to the criminal delinquency of a juvenile pursuant to 720 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/33D-1; selling, giving or delivering alcoholic liquor to any person under the age of twenty-one (21) years in violation of the Liquor Control Act of 1934 or the Illinois Criminal Code of 1961 or applicable ordinance; 2. Has been engaged in acts constituting a breach of peace
