The semi-annual report shall, at a minimum, provide the following information relative to all liquor licensees for the previous 6- month period: (1)   Any change in the ownership interest in any liquor licensee. (2)   Any police reports filed relative to a liquor establishment, and the general circumstances...disciplinary action taken against a liquor licensee and any reasons therefor. (5)   Any other information that the Local Liquor Control Commissioner determines should be brought to the Board of Trustee's attention relative to a liquor licensee. (B) Semi-annual review. The Legal, License and Ordinance Committee shall conduct a semi-annual review of all liquor establishments and liquor licensees at the Committee's January and July meeting each year. Liquor Licenses In A Casino.

This section exempts liquor licensees operating within a casino from specific regulations within Chapter 4-60 of the Chicago Municipal Code, including certain review periods, other specific sections, and all provisions regarding hours of sale and consumption.

A liquor licensee in a casino, as that term is defined in 230 ILCS 10/4, shall be subject to all provisions of this chapter, except for subsections (e) and (f) of Section 4-60-040
