B. Location: SWES facilities located on lots with detached single-family dwelling units shall be located toward the rear or side of buildings. SWES facilities are prohibited to be located toward the front yard area of any lot.
C. Setbacks:
1. Setbacks shall be measured from the base of the SWES tower.
2. SWES...large wind energy systems (LWES) and regulated under section 11-12-12 of this chapter.
